player, enemy, gun, and bullet now have sprites

tweaked spawn rates for drops

ammo and health drops now fully reload/fully heal

tweaked movement

fixed diagonal movement bug

fixed damage particles on respawn screen bug

fixed health resets before respawn screen appears bug
